It can take 4–6 weeks for Callcredit to receive updated information from lenders and public bodies. If, for example, you have moved house recently, you should not expect this information to immediately appear on your account.
We currently only retrieve customer data once per month for each customer, therefore once this has been updated with Callcredit you will need to wait a month's to see the changes reflected in your TotallyMoney credit report.
If the information is incorrect you will need to raise a dispute with Callcredit using the 'raise a dispute' link that can be found in your credit report. Callcredit will then have 28 days to investigate the issue and get back to you.
